Is it legal in California?

To make custom first aid kits with non-perscripition medications and supplies for the kit bought from a website(s).
Can you sell them to all 50 States of America on Ebay?
What if you do not get it approved by like the FDA or ASTM/SEI Standards or whatever? What is the liability?

you can sell first aid kits. There are 100's if not 1000's of companies doing just what you are talking about.

The FDA, etc. does not get involved.

Easy 10 points??

Okay. I don't want to have to pay like 50$ for a first aid kit. I can get all of the supplies localy and custom build my own for a lot less money BUT, I need your guy's help to find a good pack for holding the supplies. It has to be small enough to fit into a backpack, and have plenty of multi-sized pockets. THANX!

You do not need to pay $50 for a first aid kit. I bought mine for around $10 and it comes with a nice little carrying case for it. It has everything I need and Along with that, since I put it in my backpack, I carry any other extras I need with me in my backpack that could not fit in the bag like a blood pressure monitor. Here is a link to what i have:

Should my dogs open carry or CCW carry?

I have two dogs that are very obedient that carry gear for me, a mastiff and a rottweiler. Each have been trained to carry a homemade custom pack vest. These vests have flotation assist in the packs and carry things like extra ammo, first aid kit and extra hiking food. So I am thinking of adding a holster with a 44 mag 629 inside. I want quick access to the handgun in an emergency, but I also want it protected as the dog runs through water, brush and muskeg.
So where should I put the holster and what kind of holster do you suggest?
I’ve even considered a shotgun scabbard on the Mastiff but am afraid it would be in the dogs way as it ran.
Ideas most welcome!!
Help me make my dog a pistol packing pooch. Lol
(If you think this is stupid; imagine being able to call a dog with a word or whistle and your now armed and supplied) Also if your boat sinks and you swim to shore, your dog got there with you and now you still have gear to survive.

Maybe just add a zippered compartment on the pack for the revolver? And where should it be?
Wow no one makes such a thing from what I found on the net.
Umm CCW is legal without permit in Alaska as long as you are not a felon. So my doggie and me be cool. I think he just has a few parking tickets. Lol
My problem folks is where to put it. On top of his back seems to bother them when he runs. Despite the vest with a built in harness the weight of the gun bounces against the dogs body. On the side it throws off the balance and the vest wants to turn, chaffing that side of the dog and hangs up on things or hits things with dog at full speed.
I guess a counter balance of gear? Sure, you guys gave me some ideas thanks.
More Ideas????????????

Actually you can have fast access and conceal ability. Sew a holster into the outside of the vest and then cover the entire opening with a nylon cloth that uses velcro to open and close. Near waterproof, and very unlikely a handgun would come loose through the normal rigours of a day. Use some type of "Fast Pull" cord attached to the top/opening flap and you will be in business.

So the answer to your question is CCW.

what would you bring for a zombie apocalypse?

just wondering since it seems like a hot topic right now lol
well, to start off, food and beverages are essential so im not going to put that on my list, since im going to be hitting up stores often.
TOP 10
1. Lots of Guns and Ammo., crowbar
2. Backpack for food, drinks, hairbrush, stuff for gygiene..
3. a custom made belt for knives, extra ammo., pepper spray lol, more guns
4. clothes, extra bras-cause sometimes the hooks and stuff pop off..had that happen before haha.(warm clothes for layering on cold nights, t-shirts incase fighting gets messy)
5. hummer/get away car..big enough to fit a group of people in and their supplies..good for off-roading too.
6.a swiss army knife- good, because it has a can opener, tweezers, and all kinds of little gadgets in it.
7. fishing line- good for fishing obviously, but you ca set traps, floss, and even kill someone. ew:/
8. binoclars- to scope out a town without getting close..and a night vision pair too; same reason.
9. first aid kit..not just bandaids but some of the heavier stuff too like morphine- maybe..it knocks you out though....or a guard dog- but he might be "taken" by those bastardss and i hate to lose a pet..
10. books, notepaper/binder cause i like to write music and poetry.. stuff to keep busy cause you cant just sit around waiting for some action!
WELL... WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS? what are your top ten things to bring incase of a zombie apocalypse?
oh and if i were to live somewhere it would be a costco for supplies purposes or a celebrity's house haha just like in Zombieland.. defenetly learned so much from that movie!:D
