In order to finish my English credit I need to wirte the following sentences in good form. I suck in grammer because I am not very good with English! Please help me out!!!!!!!!! The instruction was: Add or delete commas to clarify the following sentences:

1.Once Carl a friend of mine was a passenger in a car involved in a collision.

2.By the way, Carl drives no one would ever guess how nervous he was in driver's education class.

3.To pass the written exam Carl studied every night.

4.The instructor Mr. Hughes asked Carl, to be the first driver to take the road test.

5. "You're prepared Carl" Mr. Hughes said. "Don't worry. Just drive defensively."

6.After buckling his seat belt, and adjusting the rearview mirror Carl started the car's ignition.

7.His palms were sweaty and he felt sick to his stomach.
