Test For First Aid

I am taking a course in First Aid by the American Red Cross and I need to pass the test on First Aid with a 80%. My teacher said it is 15 questions and I am worried because there is a lot of information. I read the manual but I am not sure if I will remember all of it after all I can only get 4 wrong. Does any one have any tips that has already taken it? What should I focus on? Should I memorize numbers?

Correction: You can only get 3 wrong.

15 * 0.8 = 12

i am a st john member,7 more day is the test,i have miss up alot of lesson hence i was not very sure what chaper will be tested

You are on duty at your facility when a patron emerges from the locker room stating that a custodian had had an accident, spilling a small amount of cleaning product in one of his eyes. What should you do to provide care for chamicals in the eye?

a. flush away from the uninjured eye
b. flush eye with soap and water for 15 min
c. flush eye continuosly with water for 10 min till EMS personnel arrive
d. both a. and c.

D. remember that you don't want to use soap, you want to flush out what ever product is causing pain to the eye also you don't want it to go to the other eye

So should i take my placement test first and then apply for financial aid or apply for financial aid first?

I applied for finaid before I took my test. My reason was to see if I could even get aid and what types.
My reasoning was if I couldn't get aid there wasn't even a point to take the test. Turns out aid isn't hard to get at all except for maybe the pell which you have to have a fairly low income for to get any real amount. But in the long run it really doesn't matter if you file FAFSA before or after the test.
