*Some of these questions are asked out of curiousity.*
1. What are some important rules to follow when bathing a very small child?
2. Is there any way you can prevent small children from reaching hot objects in the kitchen?
3. How should you care for firearms?
4. What are some clothes that would be safer if they were non-flammable?
5. Should methods of rescue and resucitation, constantly be revised? If so, by who?
6. Do inflatable toys have any dangers? If so, what dangers?
7. What are the most important pool safety tips?
8. If there is a fire, why is it necessary to close all windows and doors?
9. If power is left turned on during a fire, how are the dangers increased?

I agree you should do the look-up on your own but I will answer 8 & 9 because they can save your life. In a fire if you take away one of the three things that keep a fire going, the fire will go out. Removing oxygen (air) is one way to do that. Closing doors and windows limits the amount of oxygen available so the fire will go out.
The reason for removing electrical hazards is to make it safer to fight a fire. Nothing is worse than getting buzzed because the whole area is wet and you come in contact with a live circuit! (Instant fried firefighter)
As a firefighter/EMT and CPR instructor I try to impress upon people to remember simple things that will save you when the cards start dropping. Call for help, stay calm, do what you know how to do and be the leader who will take charge. Good luck!

I usually do not answer homework questions, but the Red Cross process would be:

Check the scene for safety, get consent from the victim to care for him, call or have someone call 911.

Have the victim press against the worse bleed as you get the first aid kit. Apply pads on the sides of protruding pieces of glass, then dress and wrap those and any other wounds. If they bleed through, apply more dressings.

Treat for shock and monitor signs of life until help arrives.

Yes that is a fair price and also only 123.000 miles yea that is good a scion will easily go 230-240000 miles before major work needed those cars run forever my buddy has one with 237000 miles he drives for work alot his is a 2007 and it still runs PERFECT he has never abused it or raced it and that is a big plus. He has not had one issue with his car just minor things tires oil changes brakes and shock and struts. His car runs better then mine with 145000 miles he has had no major problems in any way if I was you could afford it I'd jump on it that is a good car good deal and will last forever if taken care of. I am turning16 in october and I'm getting my first car today. I already know I need a key chain, a first aid kit, and a window scraper (for ice). Any suggestions for other items I may need???

Jumper Cables, A Jack, Seat Covers, Floor Mats, Auto Air fresheners... That's all I could think of.
