I need something that is simple. Sort of like something for a 5th grader.
Contact your local Red Cross, Fire dept, or EMS agency- this is a skill that needs to be taught and evaluated in person by a qualified instructor.

A lady is chocking in a southern bar, and she is safed by the souther wersion of the Heimlick!
Jess earlier seemed to gasp for air- she didnt have anything in her mouth and was ok straight away but freaked me out. If she was to chock I read to obviously check airways but what then? I also heard about tilting her downwards and hitting her in the middle of her back? Is that right- please give me step by step! cat x

though patented this free for all to use
though i have learnt the method from films showing the procedure,might have used the procedure once or twice,but i am never sure the affected person benefited from my action in the sense the person survived due to my action.i remember to have read or seen that procedure inventor is an american doctor/surgeon who holds patent for it along with his many other patents.i have a feeling that i have seen him sying that he has no regrets for not getting paid for his patent.
