Emergency Situations First Aid

Answers

is there a law in arizona allowing a minor to apply emergency first aid?

My son really wants to be a doctor, however, he is only 13 years old. He is CPR certified, and spends a lot of his free time studying medical trauma. He thinks that he is legally aloud to help in an emergency situation.

Not quite sure you see because if it is a "emergency situation" whatever can be done to help needs to be done. He is CPR certified and obviously knows a lot more about first aid than many people older than him would. I believe he could legally help especially since he is certified for the CPR.
